We do not currently operate any physical stores under our brand name.  At present, we are only selling our products online through our e-commerce store,

What are the your shipping options?

As of now, we only deliver within Singapore. We utilize different courier services for different orders, which are in varying circumstances, to ensure that you receive your order ASAP. On our Shipping Policy page, you will find more information regarding the terms and conditions that govern our shipping policy.

When will I receive my order?

Upon receiving payment, we will arrange for your order to be shipped. You will receive it within 3-5 working days between 9.00 am and 10:00 pm (also dependent on what time you place the order and courier availability). We may encounter some delays in shipments if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by telephone or email.

What should I do if I never received my order?

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you failed to receive your order, please let us know by email or by phone +65 8388 0534. Our customer specialist will locate your order and inform you of next steps.

What is your return policy?

Providing the best in quality and value to you is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly take it back and refund you. You can find more information about options and procedures for returning your order in our much-detailed Return Policy.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

You will have to mail/deliver back the products in question to receive either a refund or exchange. Before you mail us your return or exchange, email or WhatsApp us at 83880534 to verify if you qualify for either. Once your return or exchange has been approved, send the products to this address, along with your order number: 25, Pasir Ris Terrace Singapore 518669. It is your responsibility to pay shipping costs if you return an item. We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Orders that have been processed cannot be changed once they have been processed. Get in touch with us if you have a special request via our contact page.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, we send you a confirmation email that includes the tracking number and a link to the tracking website for the shipping service you selected at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Singapore credit cards as well as PayNow and WeChat Pay.

How do I know my payment has been received?

Your order confirmation should indicate that payment has been completed.
