Return Policy

Here at Laani, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you will have 14 days to return the item after receiving it. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging for a return to be valid. A receipt is also necessary as proof of purchase.

Please get in touch with us at ask@laani.sg to begin a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label if we accept your return. Additionally, we will inform you how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting will not be accepted for return.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. By doing so, we will better understand the issue and resolve it.

We regret to inform you that if you wish to return the item just because you have changed your mind, we will not accept your request even though it appears to be in perfect condition.

The fastest way to ensure that you get the item you want is to return the one you have. Upon acceptance of the return, you will need to place a separate order for the new item.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund was approved. You will automatically receive a credit back to your original payment method if your request is approved. Be aware that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
