Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
We provide shipping to all domestic locations. Shipping charges will be charged at a flat fee of $10 regardless of your delivery area. We also offer free shipping on all orders above $60.
* Please note that our on-line store, although open to receive orders, will not be doing deliveries between 18 December 2022 and 1 January 2023 as we are away for holidays. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
International Shipping
Drop us an email, and we can arrange for your items to be couriered to you. Shipping charges apply.
Order Processing Time
Delivery will be made 3-5 working days after your order is received, between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. (also depends on the time your order is placed and courier availability).
*We seek your understanding that deliveries can be further delayed for another 1-3 days in unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order is shipped. The email notification will include your Order Number and Tracking Number. If you have not received your order within 1 working day or cannot track your order, please get in touch with us at ask@laani.sg.
